Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16th August 2026

Welcome to Pballers. These Terms & Conditions apply when you book a court, attend an Open Play or coaching session, purchase a membership, or otherwise use our facilities.

By using Pballers, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Code of Conduct.

1. Bookings & Payment

  • Court hire, Open Play, coaching and other sessions must be paid for when booking.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Bookings are for the person who makes the booking and cannot be resold without our agreement.

  • Please arrive in good time for your session. Late arrival does not extend your booking and your session will still finish at the scheduled time.

  • You must follow any reasonable instructions given by Pballers staff or coaches.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Court bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the booking start time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

  • Where Pballers cancels a booking or is unable to provide the booked service, we will offer an alternative booking or a full refund, as appropriate.

  • These cancellation terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

We may apply different cancellation terms to coaching, events or other activities where these are clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. £20 September Opening Offer

Our opening offer provides court hire for £20 per court, per hour for sessions taking place between 1 September and 30 September 2026.

  • The offer is subject to court availability.

  • The offer applies to eligible court bookings made directly through Pballers.

  • The offer cannot be combined with another discount or promotion unless stated otherwise.

  • Pballers reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer where reasonably necessary.

4. Founders Membership

Our Founders Membership is currently available with either an annual or monthly payment option.

Annual Membership

  • Annual membership costs £200, payable in full.

  • Membership lasts for 12 months from the membership start date.

  • Once the membership has commenced, the £200 payment is not refundable except where you have a statutory right to a refund or cancellation.

Monthly Membership

  • Monthly membership requires a minimum commitment of two monthly payments.

  • After the first two monthly payments have been made, you can cancel your membership.

  • Cancellation can be requested through the method provided by Pballers and will take effect from the end of the applicable paid period.

  • No further payments will be taken once cancellation has been processed.

  • Membership is personal to the named member and cannot be transferred to another person.

Membership benefits are those advertised at the time you join and may be subject to availability.

5. Safety & Playing

Pickleball is a physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury.

By participating at Pballers, you agree that:

  • You will play within your own physical ability.

  • You are responsible for taking reasonable care of yourself and others while playing.

  • You will wear suitable sports clothing and non-marking indoor court shoes/trainers.

  • You should warm up appropriately and stay hydrated.

  • You should not participate if you are unfit to do so or if doing so would put yourself or others at risk.

  • You must not participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • You will follow reasonable safety instructions from Pballers staff and coaches.

  • Any accident, injury or safety concern should be reported to a member of staff as soon as possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. UK consumer law prevents businesses from excluding liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

6. Courts & Equipment

  • Please treat the courts, nets and other Pballers equipment with care.

  • Do not cross an active court while a point is being played.

  • If a ball enters another court, wait until play has stopped before retrieving it.

  • Paddles and other equipment hired or provided by Pballers must be treated with reasonable care.

  • If hired equipment is lost or deliberately or negligently damaged, Pballers may charge a reasonable repair or replacement cost.

Any applicable equipment charges will be communicated before the equipment is hired.

7. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own personal belongings while at Pballers.

We recommend that valuables are not left unattended.

Pballers is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless we are legally responsible for that loss or damage.

8. Drinks & Refreshments

Hot and cold drinks are available to purchase at Pballers.

You may bring your own drinks into the facility, provided they are suitable for consumption on the premises and do not create a safety, hygiene or operational issue.

Alcohol must not be consumed on the premises unless expressly permitted by Pballers.

9. Code of Conduct

We want Pballers to be a welcoming, friendly and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Everyone using Pballers is expected to:

  • Treat other players, staff, coaches and visitors with respect.

  • Play fairly and safely.

  • Follow reasonable instructions from Pballers staff.

  • Look after the courts, equipment and facilities.

  • Keep noise and behaviour appropriate for the environment.

We do not tolerate aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour.

Anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaches our Code of Conduct or these Terms & Conditions may be asked to leave and, where appropriate, may have future bookings or membership suspended or terminated.

10. Children & Young Players

Anyone under 18 must have appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children attending Pballers are appropriately supervised unless the session has specifically been advertised as supervised.

Any age restrictions applying to particular sessions or activities will be stated at the time of booking.

11. Facility Changes & Closures

We may occasionally need to change opening hours, move a session or close the facility due to circumstances such as maintenance, safety issues, emergencies or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where we cancel a paid booking, we will offer an alternative booking or refund as appropriate.

12. Photography & Filming

Photography and filming may take place at Pballers for marketing, social media and promotional purposes.

We will take reasonable steps to avoid using identifiable images of individuals who have asked not to appear in promotional content.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional photography or filming, please speak to a member of the Pballers team.

13. Refusal or Suspension of Access

We may refuse entry or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, serious misconduct, non-payment, misuse of the facility or a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions or our Code of Conduct.

Where access is suspended or terminated because of serious misconduct, any refund will be considered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.

14. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to our facilities, services, legal requirements or operating arrangements.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Any changes will not retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired under an existing booking or membership.

16. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable consumer law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
